Everything around us is made of energy, including the thoughts we think and the emotions we feel. When we allow our energy to be expansive, we elevate our energetic vibrations. If your energy is elevated, it’s easier to heal your body, let go of emotional trauma from the past, as well as attract opportunities to  create a life you’ve dreamed of living.

Energy can be influenced by things within and beyond our control, so it's critical to have a thorough understanding of how internal thoughts and external conditions are impacting you and your energetic system. Left unchecked, blocked energy can often evolve in the body and show up as illness and disease. Learn about energy assessments and how an energy assessment can help you!

November 2018 Energy Insight

NEI.jpg

As we kick off the month of November, we’ll have access to specific wisdom and guidance that would be very prudent for us to listen to. This type of information can come forth in unexpected ways, although it feels as though it will arise from a person or source with whom we already have placed our trust. The source of this information is a person who is steady, filled with respect for everyone, and in some sort of position where he or she counsels others fairly regularly.

It’s important to be aware that we might not actively seek out this information, so for the first week or two of the month, be especially vigilant about coming into knowledge that you have both asked for and have not.

Once we get into the middle of November, we should stop and ask ourselves where our energy has become excessive. How can we bring in more focus and where can we proactively decrease conflict? Whether we find ourselves butting heads with a person in our lives or feel more of an internal conflict, it’s critical that we make every effort to compromise and dial down our egos.

The end of the month has a considerably different energy to it than the first few weeks. We’re still rooted in emotion from the beginning of the month, but this time it’s a bit lighter and new. This energy is all about fresh starts especially with relationships, whether it’s oriented in family, friends, or romance. It could also come up more along the lines of a rush of new creativity or ideas, but either way, it’s a great energy we should all savor.

Theme: Putting together the final pieces of understanding a major situation in life--seeing the complete picture.

Challenge: Pay attention to any resistance you feel about welcoming abundance into your life. Where could you be blocking this? Do you believe that you’re worth it?

Opportunity: Take action based on the knowledge you receive or ideas you have.
