CLIENT AGREEMENT

I understand that, in making an appointment with Sarah of Vibe Elevated, I am paying for her time and I agree to the below terms. 

I understand that there is no guarantee on the accuracy rate of a service and that all predictive information should be used as consulting purposes only.

Sarah of Vibe Elevated is a Reiki master teacher and professional intuitive who provides distance Reiki sessions, intuitive readings, online courses, and intuitive leadership consulting. Sarah is not a healthcare professional; she does not offer formal diagnoses or claim to eliminate emotional or physical ailments and disorders.

NO SHOWS

I understand that if I cannot be reached within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment, the session will be considered a 'no-show'. No-shows are non-refundable. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure I provide the correct phone number when scheduling my session.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

I accept that if I have cancelled more than 24 hours prior to my appointment and would like a refund, I am responsible for emailing Hello@VibeElevated.com in order to initiate the refund. Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of when I cancelled my appointment. I understand that there will be no refunds after the 48 hour window to request a refund closes.

I also understand that there is a 24-hour cancellation policy and if I cancel within this window, I am responsible for paying for Sarah’s time as scheduled.

I acknowledge that I am eligible for a full refund on any a la carte reading or Reiki session if I conclude that I did not receive any information, insight, or overall satisfaction from the executed service. In order to receive the full refund, I accept the responsibility for emailing Hello@VibeElevated.com within 24 hours of the executed appointment requesting said refund. I agree to complete a brief survey explaining why I was not satisfied with my session in order to receive my refund.
