Cancellations & rescheduling
Kindly note the following policies:
If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so up until 24 hours prior to your session by clicking 'Change / Cancel Appointment' in your confirmation email.
If you cannot be reached within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, the session will be considered a 'no-show'. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
All sessions, including bundles, are final sale and non-refundable.
