A few tips if you're new around here...

  • We highly recommend reading through either the energy reading FAQs or distance Reiki FAQs prior to booking your session, depending on what service you'd like. 
  • Please ensure the email address and phone number you provide is accurate and free of typos, otherwise, Sarah will not be able to successfully reach you for your call. 
  • After you schedule your appointment, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided with details for your call. Please note that occasionally these messages end up in spam folders.
  • Trouble scheduling your session? No worries, just email us at Hello@VibeElevated.com and we'll happily assist!

Cancellations & Refunds

Kindly note the following policies:

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your call, kindly provide 24 hours' notice (see 'Change / Cancel Appointment' in your confirmation email). 
  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled time are non-refundable.
  • If you cannot be reached within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, the session will be considered a 'no-show'. No-shows are non-refundable. 
  • If you have cancelled more than 24 hours prior to your appointment and would like a refund, please email Hello@VibeElevated.com and we'll happily take care of the refund for you. Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of when you cancelled your appointment.

That's why we offer a money-back guarantee--if you feel like you didn't get anything out of your session, we'll refund 100% of your money. 

Details: Refunds must be requested via email (Hello@VibeElevated.com) within 24 hours of your fulfilled Reiki session or reading. To be eligible for the refund, we ask that you complete and submit a brief survey we'll provide you with so we have a better idea of why you're not happy. We do this because we know a session is an investment and we take your satisfaction seriously.
